It is understood that the company was established in June 2019. At the beginning of its establishment, the government provided a 3600 square meter factory and related auxiliary facilities, and coordinated nearby villagers to come to the company for work. On the one hand, it solved the shortage of employees in the company, and on the other hand, it also promoted local employment for villagers. At present, the company mainly produces more than 10 types of toilet paper with "Fangfeida" as its flagship product. Due to its good quality and guaranteed material safety, this product is currently popular in various parts of southern Xinjiang and in short supply.
The person in charge of the company, Jiang Xinglong, told reporters, "Our company currently has a stable employment of 64 people, with an average monthly salary of around 1800 yuan per person. Next, we will continue to expand the industrial scale to ensure that villagers are successfully transformed into industrial workers, so that everyone has work to do and monthly income to contribute to rural revitalization."
