entrepreneurial stage

In the entrepreneurial stage of 2006, due to the regional environment in Xinjiang, transportation and logistics throughout the region were still in the development stage, and Fangfeida Company faced many challenges and difficulties. We focus on conducting market research on household paper, understanding customer needs, and developing Fangfeida's first product - Fangfeida tissue. At this stage, the Fangfeida team is full of passion and creativity, and we work together to tackle various challenges and continuously improve Fangfeida products.

Growth stage

Growth stage With the growth of market demand, Fangfeida entered the growth stage in 2014. Based on the advantages of local enterprises in Xinjiang, and supported by the preferential enterprise policies of the the Belt and Road, the Free Trade Zone and rural industry revitalization, it established its industrial chain enterprise Juzhao Huisen Industrial Park, which has three production bases in Xinjiang. We continuously expand our production scale, improve product quality, expand new markets throughout Xinjiang, and expand our foreign trade business in the Central Asian market, obtaining the designated paper supplier for the Asia Europe Expo. Fangfeida has seen significant growth in sales and market share. We have also improved the operational efficiency and management level of the company by introducing advanced management concepts and technological means.


Maturity stage

After years of development and accumulation, our products have entered department stores, large supermarkets, and boutique chain supermarkets in various regions of Xinjiang. Fangfeida Company has achieved certain success in the market. We continuously optimize our product line, improve product quality and reliability, to meet customer needs. We have also strengthened our partnerships with suppliers and partners to improve the efficiency and flexibility of the supply chain. At this stage, we focus on improving the company's profitability and risk management level, integrating resources, opening up sources and reducing costs, to ensure the stability and sustainable development of the company.

Transformation stage

With the changes in the market and the development of technology, Fangfeida Company is also facing pressure to transform. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, which lasted for three years, has brought tremendous pressure to enterprises. We have begun to focus on technological innovation and supply chain research in traditional manufacturing industries, transforming towards high value-added industries, optimizing and iterating product upgrades, in order to achieve sustainable development and improve the competitiveness of the company. We have also explored new markets and business areas by introducing new business models and partners. At this stage, we focus on innovation and change, explore other regional markets in China, quickly enter e-commerce models and foreign trade business to adapt to market changes and customer needs.

Innovation and development stage

In 2021, in order to further promote the transformation and development of the company, we strengthened our technological innovation and research and development efforts, and have multiple technology patents. We have introduced a large number of high-tech talents and technologies, developed a series of new products and service models, optimized channel structures to meet customer needs. We also promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading by strengthening cooperation with universities and research institutions. At this stage, we focus on improving the company's core competitiveness, market influence, and brand appeal.

With the development of enterprises and social progress, we have also begun to pay attention to social responsibility and sustainable development. We actively participate in social welfare and environmental protection activities, actively cooperate with the government to empower rural revitalization, promote employment, and make contributions to society. Internationalization strategy stage

2022-2023, in order to further expand the domestic and international markets and develop our main business models, we have formulated an international market strategy plan and actively explored overseas markets and international trade partners, strengthened our domestic market share, and promoted the global sales goals of products and services. We also improve the international management level of our company's business model by introducing advanced international production equipment, management concepts, and technological means. At this stage, we focus on improving the company's global market competitiveness and international trade strategy layout.
