How to distinguish the quality of bamboo pulp paper

1. Smell

As for pure natural bamboo fiber paper, if it smells, it is the original smell. It will bring its own bamboo fragrance, and should not have the essence smell. Spores sometimes have a faint bamboo smell, because the natural color paper is not added without bleaching. Instead of pure natural bamboo fiber paper, there is usually a pungent smell when opening the package due to the addition of some harmful chemicals.

2. Look

The color of pure natural bamboo fiber paper is the same as that of dried bamboo molds, with a light yellow color and no impurities. The color of non pure natural bamboo fiber paper tends to be darker, because after adding wood fibers or other herbal fibers, a light yellow colorant needs to be added to unify its color.

3. Touch

Bamboo pulp paper is currently the most suitable substitute for wood fibers in the production of household paper in China, with fibers that are both strong, tough, and soft. But its softness is slightly inferior to that of wood fibers, so it may appear slightly rough when used.

4. Experiment

After the bamboo pulp paper burns out, the paper has a white degree of ash and does not contain any chemical additives; Poor quality paper burns with discolored ash and certain additives.

5. Bubble

Soak the bamboo pulp paper in water, then take it out and pull it with your hand to observe its toughness. If it breaks and dissolves directly after soaking, or easily breaks after pulling, it is considered inferior Paper.
